The installation presented is at the same time a dedication to a highly poetic work Jorge Méndez Blake, artist
Mexican, famous in particular for Elcastillo / The Castle, 2007, and nicknamed “Elimpacto de un libro”, and a continuation of his thinking, delving deeper into the subject.
His work is ideally resumed in minimal terms, to bring the gaze back to the rest of the work, where the brick wall is
transforms into a wall of books, with an additional aspect of reflection.
In particular, it is pointed out that the books therefore the words in their force, they can create an equally powerful wall.
Indeed, even more powerful and impressive.
