nostalgic for things that have never been
I long for pristine absences
sighing in silent atopias
the memory of insubstantial moment
Rejecting the earthly order of things without faith leads back to an otherworldly order, whose actual thought and the coherence of which such an idea is made, if coherence can be spoken of, corresponds to the particularities of the passions, feelings and moods made dream by dream, so that the language of both, they stand next to each other, like a paper warehouse, where the sheets, rigorous in their cut, size and grammage, are ready for dispatch and arranged in neat and tidy reams, and their essence harks back to the enigmatic form possessed by trees, their intimate guardians and discreet creators. Therefore, it seems that the objects of our thought are not at all independent of its primary conditions, to such an extent, that mixing these two ways of organising the mind, allows the one who stands at that mysterious and indescribable moment, to recall the previous moment, that moment that divides feeling and opinion, recognising the object placed in space as a meditation that is enclosed by the mediator, intoxicating him completely.
