Collected from 2020 to 2025.
Variable size.
Material: 29 handwritten cotton handkerchiefs, a handwritten pillowcase and tablecloth.
The work begins as a four-handed diary in which daily data is collected from February 2020 to mid-2024, taken from local news and newspapers. Numbers written in tables, statistical lists compared, accumulate to take on an increasingly microscopic and pathological form (like the theme from which they are extracted), rewritten on 29 handkerchiefs like the days of February 2020. The title ironically draws on two similar words: anthropia, the sum of everything created by humans or caused by their presence on earth, along with entropy, a quantity used to measure disorder. Anthropia is a practice for recording the extent of the fear of beings on earth; reality is translated into numbers, and these are translated into signs.
