What is art? Art is the oldest form of communication in the world. It is difficult to describe art. It’s a tangle of sensory experiences that envelop you like a tornado, and then sink you into yourself. Art is the ability to perceive oneself.
Art is a salvation, in a world where the only thing we are used to perceiving is the screen of our phone when we type. It is courageous to accept one’s emotions, especially if negative, but it is certainly even more courageous to transform pain, traumatic experiences, into beauty.
