"BEATI GLI AVANZI" is an oil and paper painting on a 120x100 cm medium density panel.
The painting speaks of a story, that of a servant who finds himself without masters. He walks out of his rooms and finds there is no one left, just a lot of mess and cube leftovers on the table. Quickly he finds clothes, those of the owners and even pieces of furniture and is about to eat the remains on the table. The former servant abandoned his life and took on the appearance of masters by dressing their clothes and eating their food. He is no longer who he was or who he would like to be, no one is in that room now.
His face was violently flayed by the painting as a sign of the loss of identity.
