Learn to enjoy the time that seems lost, enjoy being alive and have around a multiform, multi-ethnic and multi-cultural community from which can sprout every feeling and every thought.
A group of people who must wait to be transported to who knows where, a gathering of strangers that in recent times we are no longer accustomed to recognize at the edge of any road in our city, perhaps any city. It seems that the time of forced waiting is wasted time, wasted time, that flows inexorably, time stolen from the commitments that fill the days.
The one to which the BUS STOP work aims at a revaluation of that time that seems lost, the obligatory stop, the stop, an expectation of something that does not seem to exist but that can and must give life to that curiosity to know, to understand, to live knowledge or just a small step on the road of someone else’s life that can increase ourselves or simply our cultural background.
A sociality that seems lost but that comes back to life and can be personal patrimony in a society that could lose the pleasure of knowledge in the real world.
Not talking to a stranger makes it so forever.
In this work are present all the elements that characterize our artistic path: the stylization of forms, the search for an intrinsic truth, expressed through things, in which to identify; the choice of color to remain on the tones of gray, a neutral zone in which to recognize oneself; a white point, to suggest the light and the black plane, that reflects in a continuity of space, that is an intimate and reflective space, the shadows.
- Made of refractory clay with black tin finish, the support is made of black plexiglas
