Corpus Hominis" consists of a series of hosts made following the traditional recipe for sacred hosts, "enriched" with a mixture of micro and macroplastics. The host loses its traditional meaning linked to the Eucharistic rite and takes on a new symbolic role: no longer a representation of the body of Christ, but a metaphor for the human body, irreversibly contaminated by the waste it itself generates.
Preparation of the host with plastic inclusions, Monstrance in laser-engraved plexiglass desingned by the artist. Unique pieces.
