The artwork in the picture is the prototype and proof of author (in lacquered resin); the work will be made of lacquered-aluminum copy 1/8; this sculpture is part of a particular Series produced by Albertini. This serie is a very demanding because it is entirely modeled without live copies. It is linked to his poetics based on the description of women's problems. In particular this sculpture is a protest against violence against women and against dictatorship, against violence physical and intellectual, against the war. This series includes Arianna, we have Medusa in progress in the foundry, and Pandora in elaboration progress.
