IL FILM DELLA VITA

The work is inspired by a poem, projected on the screen, by the author himself, who wanted to translate the message contained in it into an image, with the aim of making it explicit and reinforcing its meaning. Films of films for children and adults were used to fill the frame, to recall the experience, and new reels, ready to be recorded, after the process of inner change, which the artist wants to communicate.
LEDs are installed on the back, which slowly changing color, represent the process of rebirth that, from black and white, brings to light, recalling the typical effect of the soft light of a cinema. Light that is also the creator of imprinting the image on the film, forever immortalizing special experiences and moments in a sort of visual and shareable memory.
The work is part of a series of paintings with the same plexiglass frame, in order to reaffirm its content and transparency, and to accentuate and complete the concept that is intended to be expressed, giving the work an aspect of originality, novelty and visibility in the artistic expression of visual poetry.
