In a contemporary Olympus of individuals exhibiting perfect bodies there seems to be no more time or space for the partner. The couple is united in the beauty of a fabulous life -symbolized by the brilliant vividness of the irises and from the royalty of the crowns - but substantially divided by a blind solipsism that in the end turns its back on the 'other'.
