Three resistances are placed in three locations in the urban space of Rome. On the first street, Via Fra' Mauro, a flag flies on which reproduced a photograph of a tree, a pine tree, cut down in 2020, on which a wisteria was climbing, two diversities that found in space a balance in their mode of existence. Pine and wisteria, a form of opposition to an environment that rejects them, of which the flag, placed in the place where they grew, encloses the memorial while, at the same time, the wind supports their forms, giving them a vital dimension.
The second point of 'resistance' is three videos installed in front of the dumpsters, a place of waste, but also of the life cycle of objects and habitual actions. The looped videos produce an insistence: temporal-spatial-tactile; a circularity settles in the place and re-proposes itself.
The third resistance is the letter 'E' ('space' in Tibetan mantras) printed on plaid, plaid stretched along the wall at the point where the fork in the road opens into the two streets where the first 'resistances' (flag and video) are located, in a corner shape.
