SELF PORTRAIT WITH CLAW

Self-portrait with animal claw prosthesis is part of a series of self-portraits in which the female body undergoes a mutation through the grafting of animal prostheses. The work aims to prompt reflection on the animal feminine as a form of protest against a society that is still patriarchal and exercises control over female bodies.
