Both talk about nourishment, but in radically divergent forms.
On the one hand, the minimal gesture of eating becomes an image: everyday life is consumed through the gaze, the news flows like light food, assimilated without weight, without involvement of the body. On the other hand, the sky crossed by missiles belongs to those who seek nourishment in survival, in an air that does not protect but exposes.
The graphics reduce everything to the mark, suspending judgment and amplifying the distance.
In this empty space an ethical threshold is deposited: an invisible border between those who observe and those who experience the real impact of the image.
The work does not narrate an event, but holds a tension, leaving it up to the gaze to bridge the fracture.
