"Le soutien comme remède". Installation born from a workshop done in the Principality of Monaco with the theme of the garden.
To save a rare plant present in the Jardin Exotique de Monaco, they partially cut off its diseased roots and planted it again supported by a pyramidal support.
I wanted to re-propose that composition with industrial elements, replacing the wooden poles that formed the supports with blue neon, the plant replaced with a block of concrete and iron, as if it were the foundation of a house, contrasting the diseased root.
Materials: Neon, concrete, tape, photography, rope.
Assembly technique; Edition one copy; Floor and ceiling support.
