This canvas is part of a serie called "In the dark" . A body emerges from the darkness of a sofa, as in the whole series the theme of darkness is the common thread, in this case a hidden sensuality contrasts with cold colours: only the legs and buttocks appear defined of the body, the ideal center is given by the phone in the hands, around which the body develops, while the rest is secondary. The reference is to the subordination of the body to the apparatus, the only element defined in a spatiality that recalls the lens of a camera spying on the subject.
