canvases 210x90cm, sheets 100x70cm, charcoal, cans, oil for mechanical use
How has the view of nature changed from one generation to the next?
Finding yourself looking at nature with a worried and paranoid look at the increasingly evident effects of climate change.
In this series of work I try a different take on the definition of romantic sky, the use of the vertical canvas purposely breaks the custom of classic landscapes creating a claustrophobic and restrictive effect, these skies where the black is charcoal retrived from a forest fire, the colors are actually motor oil and mechanical lubricants represent the sad vision of contemporary youth on ours polluted environment.
