ANTIFRAGILE

The work develops on the intention to give foreground to what is not noticed, something forgotten and not taken into account, things generally discarded and removed are now put in the foreground. Residues and things that mutate and change over time, fragments of little things, such as dust, earth, dead insects, all elements that can change and are destined to disappear without anyone noticing, are collected from the place where they were found and immobilized forever with resin. These elements have been enclosed in which and resin spheres, to give an idea of play, of something playful with which usually you would never play. I enclosed this concept in a video, in which my grandmother's hands (the owner of the cellar where I recovered the elements for this work) looks, observes and plays with these objects derived from something that has always been before her eyes but that she never noticed. So I created this video in which these objects are made the subject of the place and my action, the video is projected in the context in which I had taken these elements, they return as a total subject in their place of origin.
