CROSSROADS is collection composed of 4 videos. They
express the suffering of the spiritual quest. The mortal despair of
the ‘I’ which questions its relationship with itself and the divine.
The cross and the ladder are used as a vehicle to communicate
the dual dimensions of existence and the human being. The ‘I’
moves in the horizontal continuum and the vertical continuum.
Black and white are ambivalent colours. Black absorbs light and
becomes matter, white reflects it and remains soul immaterial.
At the crossroads we question the direction of our journey. They
interweave existential themes poised between the dimensions of
flesh and spirit.
