FLORA

The trees reign in the park of Villa Negrotto. Everything is enormous here—fish, peacocks, ancient trees.... There are no signs asking not to disturb the animals or to respect nature... it's so profoundly natural to adopt mindful behaviors. People walk slowly in this park; it's impossible not to linger and admire the branches, trunks, flowers... everyone moves at a leisurely pace, slow like the turtles that inhabit it. The ancient trees have more years than all the people who cross the park every day; it is the plants that govern the energy of peace and harmony that reigns in this special place.
