It is a homage to the countless women who have faced adversity, battled their inner demons but still trying to survive and find new resources. This portrait, therefore, seeks to embody the spirit of liberation and empowerment. The central theme revolves around a woman on a cross. However, in a departure from the traditional portrayal of such sacrifice, this woman is equipped with feathers instead of arms. These feathers symbolize the power to soar above societal constraints, to rise beyond the limitations imposed by tradition, and to prevent the sacrificial surrender to societal norms.
