Pando is the name of a unique colony of aspens in the Fishlake National Forest, in Utah. Its 40.000 trees originated from a single seed and spread by sending up new shoots from the expanding root system. This communication system among the clone plants becomes the subject of the installation, projecting the viewer into a maze of mute, connected voices.
