Questo è un orto! is an installation composed of 120 ceramic pots thrown on the wheel, conceived as an open system in which the repeated gesture becomes a generative element. The work unfolds as a field of forms marked by imperfections, attempts, and variations, where each element acquires meaning through its relationship with the others.
Through the metaphor of the vegetable garden, the project explores concepts of care, growth, adaptation, and transformation, establishing a dialogue between agricultural gesture and artistic practice. Repetition is not intended as a pursuit of perfection, but as a process that embraces unpredictability and values what escapes a predefined idea of form.
The project originates from a reflection on the relationship between personal experience and artistic practice, translating an intimate dimension into a shared language. In this sense, the work becomes a space where making and thinking coincide, and where limitation is not an obstacle, but a generative condition.
