In this work, medieval architecture is reduced to a sequence of essential forms, organized in a vertical composition that recalls the structure of a fortified city. Towers, battlements, and openings overlap in a modular system, generating a compressed space devoid of illusionistic depth.
The reference to ruins is not intended in a descriptive sense, but as a formal and symbolic condition: the architecture appears as a fragment, a trace of a layered memory that escapes historical narrative to become an abstract image.
Through a geometric and controlled language, the work transforms the urban landscape into a mental construction, where the city is no longer a physical place but a visual device, suspended between permanence and dissolution.
