Two coupled fine art prints, support and wooden panel
The sculpture is part of the exhibition "Pièces - 10 works inspired by «Life instructions for use» by Georges Perec".
Unique specimen
In this, as in most of the works in the exhibition, quotations and suggestions from the book overlap with quotations and suggestions from my experience. Perec's imaginary palace therefore takes the form of the palace in which I live, through a digitally processed photograph. The first chapters of the novel are printed on the upper cardboard and, in watermark, appear in the photo below.
