What are the mechanisms that regulate the coexistence between plant and animal beings? What are the dynamics of interaction between these two worlds? The ecosystems that surround human life develop through laws that determine the survival of the species that inhabit the planet. It is interesting to observe these two macro categories as universes that meet and collide in a dance of perfect balances.
From this reflection was born the Symbiotic Relationships Project that aims with an almost scientific look, to extrapolate and emphasize the shapes and colors that characterize the interaction between plants and animals. Subtle sculptures that relate to each other, that move together to create aesthetic forms, archetypes that compare in a balance of forces. Each of the elements, as in nature, cannot separate its existence from the other and it is in this symbiotic relationship that reality manifests itself. The group of sculptures included in the project are made of rod iron, a material that is subjected subsequently to the process of flock for electrostatic, which gives the surface a velvety cover, thus completing the sensory experience that the sculptural element offers. The sculptures with aggressive lines are so docile and soft to the touch, a combination that betrays the sight in favor of another comprehension.
