They are a series of wooden tablets painted with acrylics. The vault tablets were painted following / reading the "texture of the wood". Painted individually and in pairs then installed separately with other multi-material works (as in figure 1, with the “mico” chandelier). The tablets move with the air that circulates in the room, almost all have been painted front, back and side (like continuing a reading of wood and color, beyond the perimeter square).
The work is part of a series called "Trame del Legno" which began in February 2020.
Materials: plywood, acrylic, screws, nylon thread, garden iron wire, an (old) chandelier, a 3m led light, a small “mico” sculpture photo8+.
