His first works, by virtue of the influences he underwent in the early years of his study, were essentially pictorial experiments characterized by the use of plastic materials on canvas. This process was a prerequisite for his current work, who forgets nothing of his previous research. As in the first works, the wound exists and looks for it in everyday life, in the events, in the actions, in the moments that characterize our days, in which death, pain, cruelty always find, inexplicably, their vital space. His research investigates the ways in which man, over the centuries, has chained himself, making himself a slave to his own being, with judgment, violence, injustice and the extreme oblivion of all that is human. . Each of his works is the result of reflections that live in collective themes, using the strength of memory and the sweetness of memory, investigating politics and religion, questioning power, how it crushes us or how we simply perceive it. Death is certainly a recurring theme in his search, since it has always haunted his innermost thoughts about him, because it is an inexplicable mystery and carries with it the fascination destined only for moments that are so profoundly universal.
