A topographical map represents the main morphological features of a territory, on the one hand of natural origin, on the other constructed by human endeavour over time.
The superimposition of these topographical sections on the elastic and shapeless surface of the latex outlines a mapping of constantly moving and changing paths, reminiscent of the earth's plates that approach and recede.
Installed on the inside of an old attic, they are affected by the oblique incidence, the slash of light coming from the attic windows; enhancing the material's transparent characteristics, which hanging by the ends is reminiscent of tanned leather left to dry.
