"Matter as a field of memory and resistance"
access in mental/temporal space
The installation constructs a space traversed by invisible tensions, in which orientation and disorientation coexist and transform.
Within an octagonal space with four niches, suspended and resting elements define a walkable field. Wires, metal, partially burned wood, and painted plexiglass are arranged in an unstable equilibrium, generating relationships between solids and voids, light and material. The viewer is immersed in an enveloping environment, called upon to move and construct their own orientation. The work does not organize the space hierarchically, but rather articulates it in multiple directions, activating a mobile and layered perception of time.
