For these two paintings I was inspired by a sentence, which made me think a lot
"As children, the -perhaps- has the figure of hope. As adults we disfigure it as a synonym for -no-" D. Pirri
I represented two children of different ethnicities, but both with the same fixed and decisive gaze. On them, colorful petals fall, symbol of that ardent hope in their hearts.
Growing up is a journey that we cannot stop, we learn many things, but the important thing is not to forget that once we too were children full of hope in our eyes and hearts.
So let’s turn that ' maybe' into a possibility.
