Inspired by a decade in which optimism and progress animated the lives of Italians, this work is part of a trilogy that aims to be a historical photograph of the 1980s.
UnBenevento gives his works that same enthusiasm by using the main advertising campaigns of the period.
In this context, Fernet Branca is nothing more than the symbol of an Italy in which parties were louder, expectations were higher, development faster and hearts lighter, immersed in a collective intoxication.
My intent is to catapult the observer into a dance of mergers and tears to make him fully immerse in that period.
all Italian in which everything seemed possible and never too far away.
The trilogy is called: "Noi ubriachi"
We drunk with well-being, we drunk with expectations, we drunk with life: “We drunk”.
