The performance was presented at the 2006 Architecture Biennale: it focuses on the relationship between reality and the virtual world or metaverse. In fact, the artist dines at two different times: in the first stage he is filmed while actually eating, and in the second stage the filmed footage is projected onto his body and into his surroundings. In this way a confusion is created and what appears to be more real, in reality constitutes an illusion: the table, furniture, food and cutlery are actually not there. This mismatch so obvious, is what contemporary man experiences every day, in a continuous overlap between different levels of reality.
