This work, the first one realized in 2021, continues a path started in 2020 that investigates the most subterranean and deepest part of my unconscious and the nature that mirrors it.
At first glance, the work appears as a large, completely black painting on paper. Moving closer and moving away from the source and refraction of light, one can see signs and paths made with a different tone of black that cross each other and form movements and excavations on the surface. Like a larva digging in the earth, the eye must move, dig in turn, actively search just below the primitive perception to find the work .
